Shared cooking experiences that drawing inspiration from our kitchen garden and a deep respect for the seasons. We use wholesome, seasonal and sustainable produce, transforming it together with our guests into dishes that reflect local traditions. The workshops become creative and convivial occasions, where we cook, listen to stories, rediscover traditional techniques and share the simple pleasure of eating together. An authentic experience, made up of genuine flavours, relationships and memories of the local area.

Wine experience
with aperitif

Local wines presented by the host, accompanied by small tastings of local cheeses: an experience that engages taste, sight and smell a moment you won’t forget!

In summer under the pergola in our garden, or in autumn by the crackling fire, you can settle into easy conversation with a glass in hand, learning more about our history and our region.

Food and wine
tours

Our food and wine tours take you on a journey of discovery through the most authentic parts of Piedmont, taking in local markets, villages and areas renowned for their culinary and wine-making traditions. A journey through aromas, colours and flavours, where the local produce tells the story of the region and the people who live there.

We guide guests through market stalls, small producers and artisan workshops, to discover seasonal ingredients, local specialities and ancient culinary traditions. The itineraries continue through the iconic areas of Piedmont, from the hills of great wines to the countryside that preserves recipes handed down through the ages, with tastings, encounters and moments of conviviality.

From the market

We wander among the stalls as if following a map of flavours: we taste a piece of toma cheese, break off a breadstick or a biova, and learn to recognise the season by its scent. The market is not merely a place to pass through; it is a ritual.

City

Turin is a discreet city, proud of its past and looking forward to the future, where the iconic sites of the House of Savoy and the Italian Risorgimento coexist alongside the literary cafés beneath the arcades, Piazza San Carlo, Via Po, the Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, the esoteric Turin and the post-industrial Turin. Emotions, stories and anecdotes woven together by a subtle thread of refinement and elegance, and plenty of delicacies to savour along the way.

Amidst the majestic walls of Ivrea Castle, the picturesque views of Agliè Castle and the timeless atmosphere of Masino Castle.

Nature lovers can explore the Gran Paradiso National Park, with its scenic trails and alpine wildlife.

Langhe
